License agreement
By submitting an article for publication in the Journal of Science and Engineering Papers, I attest to the following:
- I have my co-authors’ consent to make these agreements.
- On behalf of myself and the other authors, I guarantee that:
- The paper is unique, hasn’t been placed under review in another peer-reviewed publication, isn’t now being considered by another journal, and doesn’t violate any third party rights or copyrights that are currently in effect.
- As the article’s sole author(s), I/we have the entire ability to engage into this agreement and give the rights to the Journal of Science and Engineering Papers that article(s) do not violate any other requirements.
- The article doesn’t include anything illegal, defamatory, or that, if published, would violate any agreements made about confidentiality, confidence, or contracts.
- I/we have made the necessary precautions to guarantee the article’s integrity. To the best of my/our knowledge and currently recognized by science, all of the assertions in the article that claim to be facts are true. Additionally, if the formula or instructions in the article are followed correctly, there should be no harm, disease, or injury to the user.
3. I, and all co-authors, agree that the article, if editorially accepted for publication, shall be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-SA 4.0).
